In theory, it is feasible to spray 2K car paint on 1K car paint. 2K paint has strong adhesion and can cover 1K paint to form a strong paint film. Before spraying 2K paint, make sure that the 1K paint has been completely cured, otherwise it may cause the paint film to be unstable or fall off.
