Water-based metallic paint usually requires a good adhesion foundation, so the effect of the paint on wood may not be as ideal as on metal surfaces. In particular, the humidity fluctuations and texture changes of wood may affect the stability of the coating.

Commercial cargo ships and fishing boats: These vessels are frequently used and are often exposed to various harsh marine conditions. Depending on the actual use, it is recommended to apply at least three coats of antifouling bottom paint, and add an extra layer to key parts (such as the bow and stern) to improve durability.

Generally speaking, high-quality epoxy floor paint shows good scratch resistance under standard tests and can resist general scratches. However, in some extreme cases, such as dragging with heavy objects and scratching with sharp metal objects, epoxy floor paint may still be scratched.

In some special environments, such as coastal areas, the air contains a lot of salt, which is easy to cause rust on the car body. Polyurethane spray paint can provide good anti-corrosion protection for the car body and avoid corrosion of the car body by salt spray.

Quartz sand is one of the most common anti-slip additives. It has strong hardness and wear resistance, and can significantly increase the surface roughness of the coating. Quartz sand has different particle sizes, and coarse or fine quartz sand can be selected as needed to adjust the anti-slip effect.
