This high-performance anticorrosive primer, based on inorganic zinc silicate primer as its primary anticorrosive pigment, offers excellent cathodic protection and exceptional resistance to salt spray and high temperatures. This coating bonds securely to the steel substrate, effectively preventing rust in extreme environments. It is widely used in bridges, petrochemical storage tanks, offshore platforms, ships, and heavy-duty anticorrosive steel structures.

COMPOSITION

The inorganic zinc silicate primer is formulated with epoxy resin, phosphorothalein powder, and various additives, using polyurethane as the curing agent. It should be mixed according to the specified ratio and applied within the designated time after thorough blending. The coating features excellent drying properties, strong adhesion, and superior mechanical performance.
