Waterborne wall paint is a single-component, water-based coating based on waterborne acrylic or vinyl resin. It forms a smooth, decorative, and breathable film with excellent adhesion to plaster, concrete, drywall, and previously painted surfaces. This paint offers good coverage, scrub resistance, and resistance to alkali and mildew. It is low-VOC, odorless, non-toxic, and easy to clean with water, making it ideal for homes, offices, and public buildings. Typical applications include interior walls, ceilings, exterior facades, and other architectural surfaces. Technical specifications: volume solids approx. 35%–45%, recommended dry film thickness 30–50 μm per coat (2 coats typical), theoretical coverage 8–12 m²/kg per coat, drying time touch dry ≤ 1 hour, hard dry ≤ 4 hours at 25°C. Application: surface preparation – substrate must be clean, dry, sound, and free of dust and loose material (primer recommended for new surfaces); mixing – stir thoroughly before use (single component); application methods – brush, roller, or airless spray; thinner – clean water (max. 5–10%). Packaging: available in 5L, 10L, 18L, or 20L pails. Storage life: 12 months at 5–35°C, protect from freezing.
