H06-9081 Thick Paste Epoxy Anticorrosive Coating is a high-performance thick-build epoxy anticorrosive coating that uses a two-component epoxy resin system and has excellent resistance to water, salt water, oil, and chemical corrosion.
The paint base of the epoxy anticorrosive paint is composed of modified epoxy resin, active solvent, anti-corrosion filler, auxiliary agent and organic solvent, and polyamide is used as the curing agent. When in use, mix according to the specified proportion, fully stir, and use up within the specified time.
FEATURE：
The epoxy anti corrosive paint is suitable for thick coating and anti-corrosion applications; after dry curing, it has strong adhesion, water and moisture resistance, excellent anti-corrosion performance, and can withstand the erosion of chemical media. After coating, it is necessary to water, bury, or avoid exposure to the sun as soon as possible to prevent the coating from pulverizing and cracking.
USES:
The epoxy anticorrosive paint is applicable for long-term protective finishes on steel structures and concrete surfaces under water, underground, and in heavily corrosive environments not exposed to the sun, such as oil transportation, water transportation, gas transmission pipelines, etc. It is also suitable for surface coating of metal components of industrial equipment in chemical plants and sewage treatment plants.
