H06-08 epoxy glass anticorrosive paint (5:1 ratio) is a two-component epoxy coating that forms a dense barrier through glass flake reinforcement. It has excellent chemical corrosion resistance, wear resistance and long-term protection performance. It is suitable for harsh environments such as chemical equipment and marine engineering.
The paint base is composed of modified epoxy resin, glass flake, anti-corrosion filler, auxiliary agent and organic solvent with mixed amine as curing agent, forming a glass flake epoxy paint. When in use, mix according to the specified proportion, fully mix and use up within the specified time.
FEATURE：
This epoxy anti corrosive paint is suitable for thick coating and anti-corrosion; it has the advantages of excellent chemical resistance, high-temperature and humidity corrosion gas resistance, extremely low water vapor permeability, smal hardening and shrinkage, lowinear expansion coefficient, temperature impact resistance, small wear coeficient, simple construction, room temperaturecuring and easy repair. After coating, you should be put into the water, buried in the ground or avoid exposure to the sun as soonas possible to prevent the coating from pulverizing and cracking.
USES:
It is applicable as anti corrosive epoxy paint for long-term protective finish on steel structure and concrete structure surface under water, underground and in heavy corrosive environments not exposed to the sun, such as oil transportation, water transportation, gas transmission pipeline, etc. It is also suitable for the surface coating of metal components of industrial equipment in chemical plants and sewage treatment plants.
